Project Description :

Asbestos abatement of pipe insulation, ceramic tile adhesives, transite tabeltops, transite vent hoods, floor tile, and floor tile mastic in various areas of the school.

There is a $50 / PER SET, REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT made payable by CHECK ONLY to Champaign Unit #4 School District.

Maximum Sets allowed on a Deposit:
GENERALS (ASBESTOS) – 1 Set

Email a copy of your deposit check to Dean’s.

Then mail it to Dean’s at 404 E. University Avenue, Champaign, IL 61820 after placing your order.
Your order will not be shipped without the emailed copy of deposit.

Shipping to be paid for by the Contractor.
All shipping/handling costs must be paid for before package can be shipped.

Electronic files may be purchased by the contractor, non-refundable.
