Project Description:
Bid Package 1 for the Ubben Basketball Complex Expansion project will be the site utility construction for the renovation and expansion to the existing Ubben Basketball Complex. The scope includes underground relocation of existing utilities and selective demolition of site elements of the Ubben Basketball Complex.

The electronic files are availble for download at no cost to pre-qualified bidders.
Please place and order and notate “Electronic Plans” in the comments section of the order.
After the order is approved, project files will be sent to the email provided in the order submission via WeTransfer.
When confirming your order, any shipping and payment method may be selected.
NO CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED FOR BIDDERS ORDERING ELECTRONIC COPIES OF THIS PROJECT.

Any printed sets are to be purchased, NON-REFUNDABLE, by the requesting bidder.
