Summary of the Work: Addition and renovation to the Luther Student Center building on the Lake Land College Campus in Mattoon, IL.
The project consists of the construction of the renovation of portions, approximately 15,000 sq. ft., of the existing building and the addition of approximately 18,000 sq.ft., of new construction.

GENERAL CONSTRUCTION (ARCH / MEP) PACKAGE.

ALL printing costs shall be at the expense of the bidders. No partial Sets.

Electronic Files are available to PURCHASE; $300 Contact Dean’s.
NOTE: Lakeland College will reimburse contractors for Downloads upon submittal of a bid.

Printed copies are not reimbursable.

Orders who require shipping, must contact Dean’s for Shipping AND Handling costs before package can be shipped.

MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: Friday, October 5th, 2018 at 10 AM, held at Lake Land College : Webb Hall – Room 081, 5001 Lake Land Boulevard, Mattoon, IL.

BID MEETING: Thursday, October 25th, 2018 at 1 PM, held at Lake Land College : Webb Hall – Room 081, 5001 Lake Land Boulevard, Mattoon, IL.
